p.s.

I forgot my food log last night:


Breakfast:
  • Cheerios
  • Milk
  • Yogurt

Lunch:
  • Brown rice
  • Black beans
  • Orange

Dinner:
*Went out to eat at Hard Hat Steakhouse with Kathi....I tried to make good decisions!
  • Grilled chicken sandwich - it had lettuce, tomato, swiss cheese and bacon. I had them put the pesto/mayo stuff on the side and just used a little bit. I only ate half the bun
  • Steamed broccoli (instead of fries)

Snacks:
  • Mini Delights
  • Pistachios
  • Tootsie roll jawbreakers
  • A piece of the best chocolate on earth (to prepare me for the dance - and it's a good thing I had it)
