Gettin' good...

...at bowling on the Wii, that is. Would it technically be considered a workout of any kind, probably not, but that's what I spent hours working on today. It was kind of a lazy Saturday, and I spent it perfecting my curve ball (and I really am getting good at it!). At least I didn't spend it sitting down all day, right? Sure, works for me today! :)


Breakfast:
  • Yogurt
  • Special K cereal bar

Lunch:
  • Flatbread sandwich thingy

Dinner:
  • Baked oatmeal with peaches and milk

Snacks:
  • A couple oranges...yum!
  • Pistachios 
  • Mini Delights
