Energy

I have lots of it! Not in the traditional sense, but anxious energy. In times past, when I would feel like this, I found myself ripping paper into itty bitty pieces....or cut it very quickly (although this would sometimes result in nipped fingers). I'm grateful to have another outlet for it: exercise! I'm going home to do just that right now!

Breakfast:
  • Egg
  • Turkey bacon (2 slices)
  • Toast
  • Milk

Lunch:
  • Bowl of Multigrain Cheerios
  • Yogurt

Dinner:
  • 2 pieces of fried chicken minus the skin

Snacks:
  • Small piece of cake
  • Little bit of ice cream (it was my nephew's birthday)
