Carb Cravings

That's what I've been dealing with all day. I just wanted flour! What'supwiththat? Of course, I could go for some watermelon about now. Unfortunately it's WAAAAYYYY past 8:00, so I'd never be able to justify it. :)

Breakfast:
  • Protein bar
  • Cereal

Lunch:
  • Green salad with black beans

Dinner:
  • Eggs, toast, bacon, milk

Snacks:
  • Watermelon
  • Banana
  • 2 cookies

Exercise:
  • 30+ minutes on Elliptical (I was into the show I was watching)
  • Toning
