So, I was back on track yesterday. Wahoo. I find it encouraging that I don't feel like giving up after a day like yesterday. This certainly is a first!
Breakfast:
- Oatmeal Crips with Almonds cereal
- Protein bar
Lunch:
- Peanut butter and honey sandwich
- Orange
Dinner:
- Spinach Chicken Parmesan - served over spaghetti
Snacks:
- Mini Delights
- A piece of the best chocolate in the world
First off, I have bridgemaxx too and I'm grrrr about it too. I called their customer service line so many times in one day until they agreed to send out a tech (with no charge) and install something on the roof (they keep blaming the trees) and give me a month of free service. It works better now, I have to reset a lot, but it's MUCH better. So, call and me annoyingly persistent!
ReplyDeleteMy weight goal is 150 too, I'm 9 lbs away right now. I'm wearing a snug 12 jeans and a large top from Old Navy. (I'm hoping medium when I quit nursing). Buy those adorable clothes in both green and yellow! Yaaay! P.S. I'm making your spinach parm tonight, mmmm.
Hmmm...I might have to try being a pest with Bridgemaxx.

I'm anxious to know how you like the dinner. I don't do it exactly like it is written. I use garlic instead of the onions and omit the pimento pepers. I also double the spincach and sauce.
