Breakfast:
- Egg
- Turkey bacon (2 slices)
- Toast
- Milk
Lunch:
- Bowl of Multigrain Cheerios
- Yogurt
Dinner:
- 2 pieces of fried chicken minus the skin
Snacks:
- Small piece of cake
- Little bit of ice cream (it was my nephew's birthday)
This blog is to journal my weight-loss journey. I don't really consider myself as a "blob," but I wanted a name that was clever and fun - The Incredible Shrinking Blob Blog (try saying it 10 times fast!) is pretty fun!
