Breakfast:
- Cheerios
- Milk
- Yogurt
Lunch:
- Brown rice
- Black beans
- Orange
Dinner:
*Went out to eat at Hard Hat Steakhouse with Kathi....I tried to make good decisions!
- Grilled chicken sandwich - it had lettuce, tomato, swiss cheese and bacon. I had them put the pesto/mayo stuff on the side and just used a little bit. I only ate half the bun
- Steamed broccoli (instead of fries)
Snacks:
- Mini Delights
- Pistachios
- Tootsie roll jawbreakers
- A piece of the best chocolate on earth (to prepare me for the dance - and it's a good thing I had it)
