However, Saturday I helped my dad move his food storage out of Kathi's house and to another sister's house. So, I got a good workout in. And I'm about to go home and do the Biggest Loser or something.
Anyway...let's see if I can remember what I ate all weekend...
Saturday
Breakfast:
- Special K cereal bar
- Oatmeal Crisp (with almonds) cereal
Lunch:
- KFC - took the skin off
- Biscuit
Dinner:
- Bean dip and chips
Snacks:
- Fiber One bar
- Protein bar
- Chocolate chip cookie
Sunday
Breakfast:
- Special K ceral bar
- Oatmeal Crisp (with almonds) cereal
Lunch:
- Frozen flatbread sandwich
Dinner:
- Roast pork
- Mashed potatoes and gravy
- Green beans
- Roll
Snacks:
- Protein bar
- Piece of cake
- 3 chocolate peppermint squares
- Piece of the best chocolate on earth
Monday
Breakfast:
- Baked oatmeal with peaches and milk
Lunch:
- Black beans, brown rice and cheese
Dinner:
- 2 grilled chicken patties (from Arctic Circle)
- 2 mini corndogs
- I snuck a few fries too....with fry sauce, of course
Snacks:
- Special K cereal bar
It is not what happens on one or 2 days that matters, it is what you do all the rest of the days that matters most. You are doing great, hang in there.
