July already?

That's not good. July is the end of my Tai Slim challenge. Oh dear! I've really got to get on the ball.

So, tonight for my exercise, I went for a walk around the greenbelt. It was great! It was so pretty! I loved it and plan on doing it more often.

Breakfast:
  • Pancakes with homemade strawberry jam (yum)
  • Milk

Lunch:
  • Pasta salad

Dinner:
  • Chicken and broccoli panini
  • Pasta salad

Snacks:
  • Watermelon
  • Sucker
  • Watermelon
  • Kit Kat
  • Watermelon
