Anyway, not much to report for Sunday besides my food consumption:
Breakfast:
- 2 protein bars (I was running super late to do anything more than that)
Lunch:
- Leftover salmon
- Black beans and tortilla chips
Dinner:
- Mustardy chicken
- Corn
Snacks:
- Trifle
This blog is to journal my weight-loss journey. I don't really consider myself as a "blob," but I wanted a name that was clever and fun - The Incredible Shrinking Blob Blog (try saying it 10 times fast!) is pretty fun!
